About Clark & Maslin

On 1st March 2006 Robin Clark Associates and ASTAM GBC (Malmesbury) Ltd amalgamated and now trade as Clark and Maslin, both practices have a long history in this area.

Clark and Maslin carry out work on new or old premises, private or commercial. A large percentage of our commissions involve work on listed properties in conservation areas.

We can carry out surveys, prepare proposal schemes, apply for planning and listed building permission, prepare working drawings and apply for building regulation approval, we can then prepare specifications, obtain tenders and project manage the whole or any part of the works for our clients in order to deliver a complete building project.
